Had so much fun designing a superhero costume for Claire the Cheerleader (from TV's "Heroes") that I went ahead and worked up one for Hiro.
Like Claire's costume, I stayed away from the spandex to keep it more realistic. Hiro's a big fan of pop culture -- X-men, Star Trek -- so I thought he'd be big on a Bruce Lee type black & white outfit. I added the vest for color and tried to give it a stylized samurai warrior feel. He'd keep the shoulder bag to carry Isaac's comics which would act as maps for his time traveling. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. The samurai outfit suits him because he had a sword and stuff and a sort of samurai suit thing going on when he visited Peter Petrelli in the subway.
Anyway, cool idea
From what I remember, his subway outfit had a dark Matrix movie vibe to it. I started going that way with this picture but decided to get more colorful.
